Specialty wheelchair backrests are higher end "off the shelf" backrests that offer a large variety of adjustments, accessories and back support options. Most specialty back supports offer adjustments such as back angle, depth and height plus adjustable lateral supports to maximise the comfort and positioning of the wheelchair user.
